Assuming that you are a committed shomer Torah u'Mitzvos, how you can justify wearing a talit without techelet? As you probably know, poskim like Rav Hershel Schachter and Rav Shmuel Ariel have stated, based on the ruling of the Bais Halevi, that those who don't wear techeiles should not wear a 4-cornered talit at all, in order to avoid the biblical prohibition of bal tigrah!
