As I keep saying there needs to be a list of the Yeshivas and the quotes from their leaders such as how they compare the IDF to ‘Nazis’, what they say about the Israeli government, what they say Dati Jews etc. Most Jews in America are ignorant of the vile things they say. They need to know that their obnoxious behaviour is a Chilul Hashem. Name and shame.
"and all three opposed their communities traveling to Washington for the rally on behalf of Israel"
There was a second rally a year later. My wife and I attended. The photo here was taken from near we were sitting. It accurately represents the attendance at the rally.
My Congress Member Rep. Ritchie Torres was the last speaker. Most people had left by then, including most of his constituents, who sat in the same section. We stayed and I am glad we did, but we had traveled separately to the rally and didn't take the buses that organizers had arranged.
The charedim are only part of “klal yisrael” when it comes to getting money, but many of them refuse to recognise Israel and its laws. Just listen to the illegal “drivers” saying why they don’t obey the law.
