By not distinguishing between serious learners and everyone else haredi, it's the Gedolim and asknaim who are potentially destroying and disrupting the lives of serious Torah learners, essentially "declaring war on the Torah."
Their goal is to save haredi culture, not Torah nor Torah learners.

One might wonder about, for instance, the objection to high-tech monitoring of who is actually showing up in the Beis HaMedrash. Is it for the benefit of the serious learners who more or less show up? Or rather, is it to prevent unmasking the non-serious and secretly-working ones who use the yeshiva as a dodge?
By forcing the government to treat serious learners and non-serious non-learners alike, imposing upon the learners sanctions that the government was ready to exempt them from, the serious learners (haredi Torah) will suffer unnecessarily.
Cut off donations to all organisations associated with these narcissistic shirkers. A list of all organisations and yeshivas should be posted for people not to donate to. Name and shame those involved. This would be a start.
