I would drop the word " The " and just use "Lions of Zion " as the title . That is more symmetrical and rhymes better. Besides, the word " The " is redundant .
Ironic book cover and subject, because the dynamic between Israel and her surrounding Arab enemies has always reminded me of those National Geographic videos showing a couple lions being harassed by a pack of cowardly, murderous, and suicidally vicious jackals. The lions tolerate them for a little while until the lions have had enough; they then charge into the pack and snap a few necks. That settles things for a while until the next cycle . . .
What the Lions get right is that they forever have a grudge match against those hyenas going forward and tolerate nothing in the way of mishigoss nahrshkeit.
This proposed title and cover reflects (IMO) an interesting shift in our relationship with the lion -- moving from a combination of fear and respect to one of mere respect, viewing it as an exotic creature, after it became extinct in Asia
These should be two separate books. The one tacking the settler colonial nonsense can be marketed and promoted through a variety of popular podcasts and news sites hungry for this sort of material.

Nearly extinct.
" I asked it to prepare a picture of a lion and cub walking in front of the ancient city of Jerusalem, and it came up with this spectacular result"
Spectacular indeed. Are those the species that were native to the country?
Shhh!
The picture depicts a foreign invasive species pushing out the original inhabitants. Cue Irus Braverman.
What about a combination of English and Hebrew?
Lion of Judah — גּוּר אַרְיֵה יְהוּדָה
I love the title! Be prepared for people to reference this song:

Lions of Zion is good. I liked the original title better. But I guess I'm in the minority.
"Zion's Lions" would even rhyme.
Gorgeous sample cover.
Rationalist Lionism
Might it not be more appropriate to have a lioness rather than the king of beasts.
“Roar, Zion, roar!”
Are those Asiatic or African lions? They should be the former.
Are you suggesting that lions migrate?
Huh? They're two different kinds of lions. Israel always had the Asiatic one. (Hard to migrate across the Sahara.)
No silly, only African swallows migrate. Carrying cocoanut shells by the husk….
Speaking of lions in Zion

My search indicated that Lions haven't been seen for 800 years... I'd think historically that some of the smaller wildcats wandered
Asiatic lions survive in the wild only in some preserves in India. There are several in zoos in Israel.
